1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email to info@thrivestrength.world) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not obligatory.
2. How to Return an Item

Return the Product
Send the product back to us at: Harbor Journal Ltd, 12 Harbour Lane, London, EC1A 1BB, within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method originally used. We reserve the right to reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
- Returned in their original packaging where possible;
- Not excessively opened or used beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Opened food supplement products: We accept returns of opened products within the 14-day cancellation window. However, for hygiene reasons, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value if a product has been opened beyond what is necessary to inspect it. This does not affect your right to a full refund for products that are faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence of return). You will receive confirmation by email or message.
